Denise McConachie M.Ed

Denise McConachie brings more than 30 years of experience in education and early childhood leadership to the Celebrate the Spectrum Board. She holds a Master of Science in Education with certification credentials spanning Early Childhood through High School Science, along with a minor in Science/Physics.

An educator since 1990 and Adjunct Professor at Missouri Baptist University since 1998, Denise has helped develop coursework within the university’s education program and continues to mentor future educators and implement new early learning strategies.

Since 2006, Denise has served as the owner and on-site operator of The Goddard School in St. Charles, Missouri. Throughout her career, she has partnered with families navigating developmental differences, including children on the autism spectrum, fostering inclusive learning environments and strengthening communication between parents and educators.

Denise is committed to advancing early intervention, advocacy, and community collaboration so that children of all abilities are supported, understood, and given the opportunity to thrive.
