Sadiqa Reza is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed Behavior Analyst in Missouri, with over 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focusing on early intervention. As the Clinical Director of Missouri services for ABA Squad, Sadiqa brings her passion for organizational behavior management and leadership to the forefront, driving positive change and ensuring the highest quality of care across her teams. Her dedication to creating inclusive environments for all learners is demonstrated through her commitment to mentoring students and advancing the field of behavior analysis.

Sadiqa’s research has significantly contributed to the field, with her findings on Early Intervention presented at prestigious conferences in 2019 and 2020. She has also published a paper on "Special Topics in Behavior Analysis," emphasizing Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). Beyond her clinical and research work, Sadiqa serves as a Member-at-Large for the Missouri Association for Behavior Analysis (MOABA), continuing to influence the field through her leadership and expertise.
